Overview

SixD's Laser Scanning & Modelling services provide As-built/As-is 3D model of a facility by capturing a facility using Laser Scanners. The whole layout of the required area is obtained within the accuracy of 2-3mm, which significantly reduces errors & site visits. This model can be used to extract 2D drawings, clash checks, deformation analysis and 3D documentation.

Expansion & Modification projects: Our Laser scanners capture the As-is condition of the plant which can be used for clash checks in regards to expansion and modification projects, preparing structure failure reports, and generating 2D layouts of the plant. The Point cloud data generated from the laser scanner captures existing equipment, piping and structures to ensure accurate design and makes it easier for construction fit-up during Revamping.
