Overview
Our developed Digital Profile Mapping (DPM) is used to analyze turbine in-process important activities with real-time guided results to make better and faster decisions. DPM saves productive days of total schedule of the turbine overhauling and at the same time accurate results. Also, conventional methods like blue ink check, frequent bolt tightening and loosening, unguided scrapping, pot leveling etc. are eliminated and frequent handling of the heavy components is highly reduced.
- TURBINE ALIGNMENT & SETTING
- TG DECK MONITORING
- CATENARY MEASUREMENTS READINGS
- COUPLING FACE RUNOUT & CORRECTIONS
- ROTORS AXIAL RUNOUT
- COUPLING FACE MATCHING
- CASING PARTING PLANE MATCHING
- DIAPHRAGM CANTERING
- LP ROTOR & CASING BLADES INSPECTION
- OVALITY MAPPING
- ID FAN ALIGNMENT

By the Catenary Mapping, the design deviations can be analyzed and problems like Shaft or bearing Vibrations or temperature rise in Babbitt metal can be controlled. We also know that during the first few years of operations of the unit, the possibility of the disturbance of catenary is much more due to the settlement of the foundation frame. So to achieve the best alignment of rotors and loading on the bearings, Catenary becomes a very important factor. Catenary Measurement by our procedure takes approx. 2-3 hours and can be squeezed into any available time slot within 24 hours. During this activity, there is NO WAITING TIME required as in conventional procedures due to controlled temperature, environment, air pressure stability
