THE BENEFITS OF OUR DC PROCESS OVER TRADITIONAL METHODS

Incorrect alignments result in vibrations or wear & tear on supports like bearings, belts and couplings. By uses of our Dimension control expertise, we can save potential serious consequences and ensure precise alignments, saving min 30-40% time over conventional methodology

High accuracy systems are used with range starting from 0.01mm tools are used. These systems work in three dimensions and provides inputs in all three in comparison to conventional tools which provide single direction value.

We can measure all possible geometric parameters (linear, horizontal, vertical, with a single measurement (Also straightness, flatness, diameter etc. are analyzed.)

We work with absolute coordinate system. There is high flexibility in our working with minimized error as we work with absolute coordinate systems. The benchmarks set, help us to work in multiple directions by multiple positions hence, there is high flexibility in working with minimized error.

We provide customized solution with real time guided assistance(live measurement parameters on PC screen), which enables the user to watch, build and make corrections. This method is way superior to conventional method, where all measurements are done manually that makes the process complicated and tiresome.

We have proven time and time, with our expertise, projects can be completed in 40-50% less time and 10 times more accuracy over conventional working.

For a range of 200-500 m, alignments can be done within 0.5 to 1mm accuracy as compared to conventional 10 to 20mm accuracy.
