Overview

Our developed Digital Profile Mapping (DPM) is a customized solution which enables Turbine Overhauling & Maintenance team to analyze turbine in-process important activities with real-time guided results to make better and faster decisions. DPM saves productive days of total schedule of the turbine overhauling and at the same time accurate results. Also, conventional methods like blue ink check, frequent bolt tightening and loosening, unguided scrapping, pot levelling etc. are eliminated and frequent handling of the heavy components is highly reduced.

We provide best quality 3D Laser Scanning of old & congested plants, structure, piping &supports for As-Built primitive MODELLING& GA layouts drawings. By incorporating specifications and P& ID details the ISO metric drawing with BOM can be extracted or delivered. These service will be good help in RENOVATION, REVAMPING, CAPACITY ENHANCEMENT DESIGN STUDY, MODERNIZATION & EQUIPMENT SHIFTING & REPLACEMENTS.
