The client lacked updated engineering documentation, and multiple undocumented piping modifications over the years had created uncertainty for maintenance, fabrication, and operational planning.

• Creation of a fully registered point cloud database
• Development of intelligent 3D models using E3D
• Generation of deliverables in multiple engineering formats including E3D Database, .STP, .MAC, .DNG, and .NWD (Navisworks compatible)
• Preparation of piping isometric drawings
• Development of a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) for fabrication support
• Creation of a structured digital asset database for long-term engineering reference
